William Morris, a central figure in the 19th Century Arts & Crafts Movement believed in bringing good design to everyone’s homes and said “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” Tea towels can be both.
All our tea towels are 100%, good quality linen and will start life crisp and firm then, with use, will soften over time with every wash.
Because they are made of natural, biodegradable fabric that uses far less water than cotton to produce, they are not only beautiful and a joy to use, but also a good ecological choice, and good financial one as they will give you years of use. Linen is one of the strongest textiles, one of the oldest and one of the most eco friendly.
To keep our carbon footprint low, we print small orders and they sell out quickly.
If you would like to know when we receive new stock or when our next sale is happening, please feel free to join our mailing list below and you’ll be the first to know:
Our botanical tea towels are large, 70cm x 45cm and produced by a traditional printer in the UK.
They are so pretty that lots of our customers use them to wrap presents, place on side tables as tiny tablecloths, gift to friends, or even frame.
They can also of course be used to decorate your kitchen and due to their linen content, are great at drying dishes!
We hope you love them too.
